Powering the Tri-Cities Since 2008
Founded in 2008, Absolute Power has been proudly serving the Tri-Cities, Washington area. Owners Rick Berry and Jeff Oliver, both experienced electricians, have worked tirelessly to establish the company as a leader in the electrical industry across the Mid-Columbia region. Starting as journeyman electricians and later transitioning into administrative roles, they have cultivated a team of highly skilled electricians and apprentices dedicated to quality workmanship.
Our commitment to excellence and gold-standard customer service has driven our company’s growth. By hiring only the most qualified electricians and apprentices, we have ensured continuous success and expansion for over a decade. Absolute Power specializes in residential, solar, commercial, and industrial electrical services, handling everything from new construction to after-hours service calls.
Meet Our Founders
Rick Berry
Rick Berry was born in Spokane, WA, and now resides in Kennewick, WA. He is married to his wife, Sandi, and they have two daughters. Rick graduated from Kennewick High School in 1999 before attending Perry Tech, where he completed his electrical training. Passionate about sports, he enjoys watching football and basketball and also coaches his daughters in basketball and softball. When he’s not working, Rick loves traveling to support his daughters’ competitive barrel racing events.
Jeff Oliver
Jeff Oliver was born in Sunnyside, WA, and currently lives in Pasco, WA, with his wife, Sherilyn, and their three daughters. After graduating from Richland High School in 1998, Jeff pursued higher education at the University of Washington before joining the IBEW Local 112 electrical apprenticeship program, which he completed in 2008. Jeff enjoys outdoor activities such as skiing, golfing, and exploring nature with his family.
